Week 2 — Birth

You came in with Google-brain and fear. You leave with clarity, knowledge, and your voice. We cover how birth actually works, how the system works, your rights, and how to use the BRAIN framework so you never feel powerless in a delivery room. Plus a guided visualisation of your calm, positive birth.
Week 3 — Nourishment
“Eat Like a Woman, Not a Warning Label”
Tuesday 5th May
Stop being scared of food and start trusting your body again. We dismantle the myths, decode your cravings, and give you a simple, practical approach to eating well — not perfectly. You'll leave thinking about batch cooking for the fourth trimester.
Week 4 — Practical + Pride
“Whatever Comes — I’m Ready”
Tuesday 12th May
The final feeling isn't confidence. It's readiness. We cover when things don't go to plan, the practical stuff that actually matters, your fourth trimester preview, and a final guided hypnotherapy session that sends you into birth feeling ready. You won't be the same woman who showed up in Week 1.

Meet Lisa
I'm Lisa Haghir — IAPCP-accredited hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, and nutrition diploma holder. I trained with Paul McKenna and I've spent years helping people get out of their own way.
But this programme? This comes from something more personal. I know what it's like to feel capable on the outside and completely overwhelmed on the inside. I know what it's like to want someone to just tell you it's going to be okay — and actually mean it.
I created The Calm Pregnancy Plan because I couldn't find it when I needed it. Warm, real, practical, and no-nonsense. No fluff, no fear-mongering, no perfectly curated nonsense. Just everything you actually need — said by someone who genuinely cares.

Questions you might have
When does it start and what time are the sessions?
We start Tuesday 21st April and run every Tuesday for 4 weeks (21st April, 28th April, 5th May, 12th May). Sessions are at 10:30am, online via Zoom, and last 60–75 minutes.
How far along do I need to be?
There's no minimum or maximum. Whether you've just found out or you're in your third trimester, this programme meets you where you are. The earlier you come, the more time you have to use what you learn.
I've never done hypnotherapy before — will I be okay?
More than okay. Hypnotherapy is simply guided deep relaxation. You're fully in control the entire time. Most women say it's the part they didn't expect to love the most.
What if I can't make one of the live sessions?
All sessions will be recorded so you won't miss a thing. But the live experience is where the magic happens, so try to be there if you can.
Is this a replacement for antenatal classes?
No — this complements your antenatal care. This is the emotional, mindset, and practical preparation that standard antenatal classes don't cover. Think of it as the layer that makes everything else make sense.
