Hi, I'm Lisa.
I'm a hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, and nutrition diploma holder — trained by Paul McKenna and accredited with the IAPCP. But more than any of that, I'm someone who has spent nearly two decades juggling too much and giving too much away.
I work with women who are capable, intelligent, and quietly exhausted by the gap between who they are and who they know they could be. I help them close it.
